User Responsibilities

  • Document Submission: Users submitting CR and other verification documents warrant that these are accurate and up to date.

  • Transaction Management: Rialati provides tools to manage transactions securely and efficiently. Deposits to linked bank accounts are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
  • Online Shop Verification: Rialati verifies CR and other documents to approve online shops. Failure to provide accurate or complete documents may result in service suspension.
  • Promotions and Offers: Users can create discounts and promotional campaigns for their customers.
  • Dashboard Access: Rialati provides an intuitive dashboard for tracking transactions, managing promotions, and viewing financial summaries.

Fees and Payments

  • Rialati may charge fees for certain services. Details will be outlined in the respective service agreements or subscription plans.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes related to the use of Rialatis services.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on the Rialati platform are the property of Rialati or its licensors.
  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from Rialati without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

  • Rialati is not liable for errors or delays in transaction processing due to user input or third-party failures.
  • Rialati is not liable for losses resulting from misuse of the platform or non-compliance with these Terms.
  • Rialatis total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Suspension and Termination

  • Rialati reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or failure to provide accurate or updated verification documents.
  • Upon termination, users will lose access to their accounts and related data.

Data Privacy

  • Rialati collects and processes user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Users agree to the collection of CR and other documents for verification purposes.

The Rialati platform may include links to third-party websites or services. Rialati does not endorse or assume responsibility for these external resources.

Amendments

Rialati reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sultanate of Oman.
  • Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Muscat, and the decision shall be binding.
